Tool Room and Preventive Maintenance
Our in-house tooling expertise allows us to excel in all phases of tool design, build, tryout and production. Wisconsin Metal performs maintenance and fabrication on dies including first operation blanks, progressive dies, and transfer systems. Our maintenance department keeps our presses running efficiently by utilizing a thorough PM program. All of our skilled trades associates are either certified journeymen or are enrolled in the State of Wisconsin DWD apprenticeship program.
High Quality Equipment
Our large presses are engineered and consistently maintained to hold close tolerances even on large, heavy parts. In many cases this has reduced or eliminated expensive secondary machining operations. Our flexible, multi-functional presses allow us to easily produce several thousand parts to millions of metal stamped parts per year. Wisconsin Metal Products stamps parts from cold rolled steel, hot rolled steel, stainless steel, and other materials.
